One of the measurement vehicles, a Ford with Michigan license plates, has now been spotted in California. Our reader Dennis spotted the vehicle on December 12, 2021 in Pleasant Hill, located about 20 miles northeast of San Francisco. Note the sensor mounts on top of the car, which included a LiDAR measurement system from Riegl.
