Covered Cybertruck Spotted near BMW R&D-Center in Munich
The Cybertruck is not yet available to buy in Germany, but opinions on it are all the stronger. According to German car experts in various forums – and somehow they are all experts – the Cybertruck is unnecessary, abysmally ugly, resembles a child’s crib, will never ever be approved in Germany and will never be approved at all.
The electric car rental company nextmove regularly publishes news from the world of electromobility on its YouTube channel. And this time, hidden almost at the end of the video, there is a little surprise.
From minute 27:32 in this video, you can see a cloaked prototype on a flatbed truck. And the shape of the vehicle looks suspiciously like a Cybertruck. The video is in German, but when you see the images, you’ll understand them anyways.
The photos were sent to nextmove by a bystander and were taken at around 7:45 a.m. on April 4 at the corner of Schleichheimerstrasse and Frankfurter Ring. The car transporter appeared to have come from the direction of the BMW Research and Innovation Center. The location is actually only a block away from several BMW facilities. There is some likelihood that BMW has obtained one of the Cybertrucks and will now dismantle it for analysis.
