Tesla Berlin Receives Permit For Test Production of 2,000 Vehicles

The start of production of the Tesla Gigafactory Berlin-Grünheide comes within reach. As Tobias Lindh reported this Saturday, the State Office for the Environment of the State of Brandenburg granted Tesla permission to produce a total of 2,000 units of each part car bodies, with a maximum of 500 units per week over a period of 8 weeks. The plant may not be in operation for more than 8 hours per day. The same requirements apply to the paint shop. These produced vehicles may not be run.

This permit is used to test the production facility and train employees.
