Vandalism at Charging Stations
I will never understand why vandals damage charging stations. You see vandalized charging stations all the time, and this time I came across some. There are ten ChargePoint charging stations on the grounds of the Fresno Zoo and Entertainment Park. Seven of them had been damaged, the cables sawed off and the plugs broken out of the columns.
And parked at the remaining three were an internal combustion engine and two electric cars (Kia EV6 and Fort Lightning), neither of which were plugged in.
These ChargePoint EV charging stations were filmed at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo on August 13th, 2023.
