Volvo Car USA and Canada sold 8,774 cars in February, down 6.3 percent over the same period last year. Recharge models—those with a fully electric or plug-in hybrid powertrain—accounted for 33.8 percent in February, an increase of 6.2 percent compared with the same period last year.
