This Tesla with manufacturer plates was seen by Twitter-User Patrick McGee driving in San Francisco on Saturday, February 19th, 2022. We can see the LiDAR and camera racks. The vehicle seems to be used for ground truth drives.
A similar vehicle was already spotted in 2019.
