Volvo Car USA and Canada sold 13,077 cars in November, up 28.7 percent over the same period last year. Recharge models—those with a fully electric or plug-in hybrid powertrain—accounted for 27.5 percent in November, an increase of 16.5 percent compared with the same period last year.
